Subject: Original band, AWESOME!
Thanks or uploading! This must have been a special/rare performance. I'd not seen any Banyan shows w/ Nels or Mike. They played my (formerly)club in NH - Stone Church- in 2007, Willie(party animal!) and Stephen(sweet, honest and a little cocky) were only original members. Mike is pretty busy and in demand especially w/ Iggy Pop and Nels has a full plate too. The time I met Nels (so humble and kind), I asked about Banyan, he said he loves those guys but can't go on the road w/ Willie (Nels is NOT a party animal) do to the drama that he brings! Willie is funny, we got in an argument and he got all fired up, then thanked me for getting him wound up and we roasted a fatty!
